Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller is Babylon Business Management Ltd. („Вавилон Бизнес Мениджмънт“ ООД), UIC 208948646, 57 Atanas Hranov St., Ilinden district, Sofia 1309, Bulgaria. For data protection questions write to hello@vavilon.bg.
2. What we process
- Enquiries. When you write through the form or by email, we process your name, email, company (if given) and message in order to reply. Legal basis: your consent and steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks from technical browser signals that the sender is a person. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse.
- Technical data. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the IP address and browser data on every visit to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and normal operation of the site.
The site has no accounts and no advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track your visits.
3. Retention
We keep enquiries as long as needed to reply and follow up, and up to 3 years after the last message unless the law requires longer. Cloudflare keeps technical logs briefly under its own rules.
4. Who receives data
Only providers that help us operate, under contract and with the required safeguards: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, protection, email and Turnstile) and Google LLC (fonts). They may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@vavilon.bg. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
6. Our products
New Company, HACCP Bulgaria and Supervisor have their own privacy policies on their sites, covering the data each of them processes.
