1. Who we are

vavilon.bg is run by Babylon Business Management Ltd. („Вавилон Бизнес Мениджмънт“ ООД), UIC 208948646, registered office 57 Atanas Hranov St., Ilinden district, Sofia 1309, Bulgaria, email hello@vavilon.bg. The company is not registered for VAT.

2. What the site is for

The site presents the company and its products and lets you send us an enquiry. No contracts are made and no payments are taken through it. Each product (New Company, HACCP Bulgaria, Supervisor) is used on its own site under its own terms, accepted there before use.

3. Enquiries

When you write to us through the contact form, we use your data only to reply. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything.

4. Content and intellectual property

The texts, logos and graphics of the site belong to the company unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Liability

The information on the site is general and may change. We take care that it is accurate and up to date, but it is not legal, accounting or other professional advice.

6. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it takes effect.
